Consciousness is a
Vibratory State of the
Awareness You Are.
The Gap between One
Thought and Another is the
Consciousness You Are.
“Consciousness is All
There Is” and “You Are That” Is
What the Sages say.
The space between one
Thought and another is the
Consciousness you are.
Worshipping ideas
Above the Consciousness in
Which they arise.
Mind based science is
Blind to the Consciousness in
Which thought arises.
The Everlasting Light
Of Awareness dawns with the
Setting of self-thought.
Awareness wed to
Sensory Presence becomes
Conscious as I Am.
Is there anything
That you have to do to be
Present and Aware?
(3) Truth:
The Truth is “Dirt Simple”
It’s the mind that complicates
Things to keep its job.
Truth in a Nutshell:
“Being Is, You Are That and
Everything is Fine.”
My “American Dream”
Is to share the Good News: “You
Are not what you think.”
Moonlight gazing back
At the Sunlight at its Source
Who say: “I Am That”!
(4) God:
God is Real as the
Aware Presence One Is but
Not as a Concept.
The Birth of Jesus
Took us from a “God Without"
To a “God Within."
To see Harmony
In Chaos or God in Man
Be Mentally Still.
Life outside the box
Of mental experience
Is Paradise Found.
“I AM” is a Name
For the Aware Sensory
Presence of Being.
‘I AM” is a Name
For the Aware Sensory
Presence of Being.

Lose interest in
Thought and You are Free to Be
Happiness Itself.
Mind without any
Self-reference defaults to
Present Awareness.
A Still Mind becomes
The Pure Witnessing Presence
Of Being You Are.
Mind is the Weaver
Of Garments of Light or Shrouds
Of Self-Ignorance.
This mind of mine is
A terrible master and
Wonderful servant.
Mind is Moonlight with
Respect to the Sunlight of
Direct Consciousness.
Moonlight gazing back
At the Sunlight at its Source
Would say: “I Am That”!
Divine Reflections
Shatter in restless minds as
Sunlight on the Sea.
Mind as a mental
Mirror appears to fragment
The Light it reflects.
A Still Mind gathers
The Light a moving mind
Can only disperse.
Still Mental Waters
Gather the Light of Being
With no intension.
Observing without
Self-referential thought is
Being the Seeing.
The ego is a
Linguistic self-reference
I think I am.
As the projector
Of all frontiers your mind is
The final frontier.
The thought that “I am
The thinker” nails “me” to the
Cross of time and space.
The seer can’t be seen
Through any mechanism
Of self-reflection.
Science can provide
Technological progress
But not peace of mind.
Resisting “what is”
Is guaranteed to frustrate
The hell out of us.
The instant I take
Things personally I lose
Mental leverage.
(6) Enlightenment:
Pure Observation
Without Self-Referencing thought
Is Enlightenment.
Enlightenment sees
The house as whole, while mind builds
It with mental bricks.
Being the Seeing
In which everything happens
Is Enlightenment.
Enlightenment is
Not of the person but from
Personal belief.
Enlightenment is
Not of the person but from
Thinking I am one.
Pure observation
Without self-referencing thought
Is Enlightenment.
(7) Thinking:
Thinking is Being
Relatively unaware
Of Being Present.
Absent to myself
As I Am while present to
Myself as I think.
I can’t think and Be
Consciously Aware I Am
In the same instant.
You sense of Being
Separate and apart is
A function of thought.
Stop thinking that you
Are separate and you will
Stop feeling that way.
The Fulfillment the
Mind seeks comes in the Presence
Of its own Absence.
Stop believing what
You think and you will find the
Happiness you seek.
Give thought a second
Thought and you’re a character
In the mind’s movie.
Ownership of the
Thought structure is the source of
Human suffering.
Preoccupied with
Self-thought because I mistake
Thinking for Being.
When I take thought to
Heart I lose both focal-length
And breadth of vision.
I can’t think and be
Consciously Aware I Am
In the same instant.
Getting your mind off
Your mind is guaranteed to
Make you feel better.
This mind of mine is
A terrible master and
Wonderful servant.
Observing without
Self-referential thought is
Seeing as a Child.
