Mental Mirror

39.

Man may be described as a growing center of self-awareness who becomes increasingly aware of the full extent of his own being through the mental mirror of his environment. This through a selective process of self-projection, discovery and reclamation. A process of self-realization that may be likened to a man walking around in the middle of his own mind, who seemingly discovers without what is in fact within. For if a man cannot know the features of his outer face except through its selected image in a mirror, how else might he come to know his inner face except through its reflection in outer surroundings?
