Beloved Mighty I AM Presence, accept this food, make it pure and holy and see that it purifies and perfects all our bodies with the speed of thought self-sustained forever. (x3)

 

I AM the Strength, the Courage and the Power to move forward steadily in all experiences,, whatever they may be and remain Joyous and Uplifted, filled with Peace and Harmony at all times by the Glorious Presence which I AM. (x3)

 

I Am the Beloved Mighty I AM Presence that now and forever consumes all past and present mistakes, there cause, effect, record and memory, for which my outer is responsible; and all undesirable creation for which my outer is responsible. (x3)

 

I AM the Presence withdrawing all energy from the thoughts and feeling expressed, and  prequalify it with with purity and love, and I hold in in my world, maintaining ascended master protection and perfection for me. (x3)
